Terms of use
Last updated 28 October 2026
Paraspar ERP is software for running a business: billing, GST, stock, production and accounts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. Turn on two-step sign-in if you handle money.
- The owner of a company decides who else can see and change it, and is responsible for the people they invite.
- You must be allowed to act for the business whose books you keep here.
Your data is yours
- Everything you enter belongs to you. We do not sell it, show it to advertisers, or use it for anything except running the service.
- You can export all of a company's data at any time, and delete the company or your account from Settings.
The free plan
- Paraspar ERP is free to use today. Each person may own up to three companies.
- If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing you have already entered will be locked away.
Using it fairly
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to issue fake invoices, or to attack or overload it.
- We may suspend a company that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell the owner first and let them export their data.
Tax and accounting
Paraspar ERP calculates GST and prepares returns and e-way bill files from what you enter, but you remain responsible for your filings, your books and what you submit to the government. Check returns before filing, and ask your accountant when unsure.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, with encrypted backups every night. The service is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
