Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free during launch, with no card needed. If paid plans come later for larger teams, existing users will hear well in advance.
Can I move from Tally or Excel?
Yes. Import items, customers and suppliers, opening balances, unpaid bills and stock from Excel. Tally can save its lists as Excel files, so those come across the same way.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open erp.paraspar.in on any phone and add it to your home screen; it works like an app, and the counter works on a phone too.
Is my data safe?
Each company is sealed off in the database, sign-ins can need a code from your phone, and everything is backed up every night. You can download it all whenever you like.
Can my accountant and staff use it?
Yes. Invite them with roles: accountant, sales, purchase, store, production or view-only. Each sees only what they need.
Does it file my GST returns?
It prepares them: GSTR-1 as the JSON the portal accepts, GSTR-3B figures, e-invoice and e-way bill files. You upload them on the GST portal.
Can several plants each have their own GSTIN?
Yes. Branches with their own GSTIN, number series and godowns sit inside one company, with GST returns per GSTIN.
Does it handle job work?
Yes: send material out, receive goods back, and keep the stock with the job worker visible.
Can I move up to work orders later?
Yes. Switch production to work orders in Settings when you grow; nothing you have recorded changes.
Can I keep batch and expiry numbers?
Yes. Turn on batches for the items that need them; the earliest expiry is suggested first.
Does it work with my thermal printer?
Yes: 58 mm and 80 mm receipts print from the browser on any printer your computer or phone can use.
Can a pharmacy track expiry?
Yes. Batches with expiry dates, sold earliest-expiry first, with a list of what expires soon.
We do not keep stock. Will we see stock screens?
No. Services firms get no inventory screens unless they switch them on.
