How do I look after several clients?
Each client sets up their own company, free, and invites you with the accountant role. You see every client you are invited to in the company menu. You can also own up to three companies yourself.
Can clients move from Tally or Zoho Books?
Yes. Two XML exports from Tally or the Zoho Books backup bring the accounts, parties, items, balances and unpaid bills across, checked before anything is saved and with an undo.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free during launch, with no card needed. If paid plans come later for larger teams, everyone using it will hear well in advance.
Can I move from Tally, Zoho Books or Excel?
Yes. Export two XML files from Tally, or the backup zip from Zoho Books, and Paraspar brings across the accounts, customers, suppliers, items, the balances on your start date and every unpaid bill, and every document since if you want them. It checks everything before saving, compares the balances after, and can undo the whole import. From Excel, match your columns to ours and import.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open erp.paraspar.in on any phone and add it to your home screen: it opens like an app, and the counter works on a phone too.
